Refund Policy

We believe that an efficient Refund Policy will provide peace of mind to our customer  base.

To be eligible for a refund you must contact IOMJA by phone or email within 15 days of delivery and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will instruct you to return the product and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within five working days.

  1. After 15 days all sales are final.
  2. All products returned to IOMJA will incur a 50% processing fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

First, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before they officially post your refund. If they are not aware of a refund, contact your bank as they often require some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
